1. Data we process

Account data, identity verification records, shipment and customs declarations, payment metadata, message content and device information.

Identity documents are processed by a verification provider under a data processing agreement once that provider is configured.

2. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction of processing, or object to processing.

The rights available to you and the response deadlines depend on the regime that applies to you, such as KVKK or GDPR.

3. Retention

Records are kept for the periods listed in the retention schedule, which is set per dataset and per jurisdiction.
